My first time ever having a spa experience. I can say I will be visiting again. I was worried because I have anxiety, however this was such a relaxing experience. The staff is amazing, very nice and professional. I really enjoyed the services I received with my gift certificate. They were able to help me with a skin care routine for my problem areas as well. Spending time with Summer is the best! She has been my pedicure/manicure go-to girl for quite a few years. I love having my feet pampered. I had my first hydrafacial with Leslie today. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does and explains every step. Highly recommend if you really want to try something fun and new compared to regular facials. My face is glowing!Ich hatte heute meine erste Hydrafacial bei Leslie. I recommend Melissa Morang to get a Massage with. She is Excellent. Not only is she great at massage and deep tissue, but I had knee surgery years ago and she has done get therapy on my muscles. Overall this place was great. I had my nail done, and I have to say Tiana did a excellent job. She was both fast and efficient and the entire process was exceptionally enjoyable. I have been coming to the Renaissance for many years and I absolutely look forward to my visits! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I usually go for the full body massage and hands down the BEST massage therapist ever is Melissa 👍Ich komme seit vielen Jahren ins Renaissance und freue mich sehr auf meine Besuche! Summer Weeks is the best nail the ever!!! She is the only one I trust with My feet. Haha she makes me feel comfortable pampered and fully relaxed the moment I sit in her chair. My husband and I have been going here for years, Melissa is absolutely incredible! Truthfully, we bounced around to different spas trying to find a massage therapist that not only provided a relaxing experience but one that we had relief from sore muscle arches and pains. I love that she only uses the nail file to shape and buff nails, she will not use the drill unless she absolutely has to. I received a pedicure from a wonderful employee, Summer. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. She was patient with me when I decided to get my lashes done for the first time and they are amazing. All the facials have been great. I especially love the appointment reminders to ensure the patient is aware of the next scheduled visit! All areas of this spa are always tidy and fully stocked.
