Very pretty and calming place. Only thing is the checkout process is not clear. Both times I came there was no one at the desk for me to pay so I had to wait until someone came.Sehr schöner und beruhigender Ort. Das einzige ist, dass der Bestellvorgang nicht klar ist. Beide Male, als ich kam, war niemand an der Rezeption, an dem ich bezahlen konnte, also musste ich warten, bis jemand kam.

I haven’t gotten a Brazilian wax in years, and I’d like to say that this was a great experience at Om spa. I got a Brazilian wax done with Maria, she did a fabulous job! She was professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable and confident! Thank you Maria! Definitely recommend.Ich habe seit Jahren kein brasilianisches Wachs mehr bekommen, und ich möchte sagen, dass dies eine großartige Erfahrung im Om Spa war. I absolutely adore this spa. Michelle P. Is my favorite. The front end staff is nothing short of inviting and hospitable. I always walk out lighter than I came in! I usually have very good experiences here when I get Swedish massages. Today I had the pumpkin facial. It is advertised online that you get a hand massage during treatment. That never happened, yet I was still charged full price. I think I should not have been charged full price if not receiving all advertised services. After what happened today, I will most likely not return.Normalerweise habe ich hier sehr gute Erfahrungen, wenn ich schwedische Massagen bekomme. Heute hatte ich die Kürbis-Gesichtsbehandlung. Online wird damit geworben, dass man während der Behandlung eine Handmassage bekommt. Das ist nie passiert, trotzdem wurde mir der volle Preis berechnet. Ich denke, mir hätte nicht der volle Preis in Rechnung gestellt werden sollen, wenn ich nicht alle beworbenen Dienste erhalten hätte. Nach dem, was heute passiert ist, werde ich höchstwahrscheinlich nicht zurückkehren.

beautiful ambiance! receptionist nice but my massage was low quality. She should not be giving massages if shes afraid to deliver quality massages. Her touch was too soft. Waste of money. I tipped her lower than usual but very disappointed. She was so worried about my damn mask coming off... Should have showed her my covid test.schönes Ambiente! Rezeptionistin nett, aber meine Massage war von geringer Qualität. Sie sollte keine Massagen geben, wenn sie Angst hat, hochwertige Massagen zu liefern. Ihre Berührung war zu weich. Geldverschwendung. Ich gab ihr ein niedrigeres Trinkgeld als sonst, aber sehr enttäuscht. Sie war so besorgt, dass meine verdammte Maske abfällt... Ich hätte ihr meinen Covid-Test zeigen sollen.

This was the best facial! I had the fruit and flower and Devlon was my esthetician.🤗She did an excellent job and made me feel very relaxed! Me and my girlfriend go for massages about every three months. The experience for each of us has been outstanding. We are always greeted as soon as we walk in the door and the atmosphere is very pleasant and quiet. Always nice to relax with a snack and drink before/after the services. We have tried a variety of massages and they ALL are outstanding. Highly recommend!!Ich und meine Freundin gehen etwa alle drei Monate zur Massage. Die Erfahrung für jeden von uns war hervorragend. Wir werden immer begrüßt, sobald wir die Tür betreten, und die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Es ist immer schön, sich vor/nach den Gottesdiensten bei einem Snack und einem Getränk zu entspannen. Wir haben verschiedene Massagen ausprobiert und sie sind alle hervorragend. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

I went to the spa for a deep tissue massage and 2 days later I broke out with a severe rash all over my face and body. I called to notify them, nothing was done. So I went in person and got looked at but still they didn’t do anything since I wasn’t a patient of that doctor. They still can’t tell me what was used on me. I need to know to avoid the ever having another reaction. Horrible!Ich ging ins Spa für eine Tiefengewebsmassage und 2 Tage später brach ich mit einem schweren Ausschlag im ganzen Gesicht und am ganzen Körper aus. Ich habe sie angerufen, um sie zu benachrichtigen, es wurde nichts getan. Also ging ich persönlich hin und ließ mich untersuchen, aber sie taten nichts, da ich kein Patient dieses Arztes war. Sie können mir immer noch nicht sagen, was bei mir verwendet wurde. Ich muss es wissen, um eine weitere Reaktion zu vermeiden. Entsetzlich!
