From the moment you walk in the door the staff and entire team is warm and inviting. Totally focused on the customer. I highly recommend Shelli for the HydroFacial or a relaxing facial. She is a professional in skincare for sure! Great atmosphere would be my final comment. This is the second time Jordyn has treated me and she did an absolutely wonderful job! I had a Hydrafacial with her at the Newport location and did a Revive facial at the Villa Park location. She did a thorough assessment of my skin needs, performed a relaxing service, and recommended some skin care products for me. I didn''t get the receptionist''s name at the front but she was wonderful getting me back to the relaxation room. Highly recommend!!Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass Jordyn mich behandelt hat, und sie hat einen absolut wunderbaren Job gemacht! Ich hatte bei ihr am Standort Newport eine Hydrafacial und am Standort Villa Park eine Revive-Gesichtsbehandlung. Sie hat eine gründliche Bewertung meiner Hautbedürfnisse durchgeführt, einen entspannenden Service durchgeführt und mir einige Hautpflegeprodukte empfohlen. Ich habe den Namen der Rezeptionistin vorne nicht verstanden, aber sie war wunderbar und brachte mich zurück in den Ruheraum. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

They offer a very nice environment. The room was spacious, the temperature was comfortable & the table was super comfy. Elaine was very friendly & gave a great level of pressure...not too hard and not too soft.Sie bieten eine sehr schöne Umgebung. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Temperatur war angenehm und der Tisch war super bequem. Elaine war sehr freundlich und gab einen großen Druck ... nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich.

Great customer service the ladies here are so nice they made me feel very comfortable. Such a relaxing environment. I had my first facial and the one who attended me was very informative.
