Beth ist absolut fantastisch! Ich wurde vor über einem Jahr an sie verwiesen und ich muss sagen, sie ist die Beste! Sie gibt dir Vorschläge, was für dich wäre. Sie hat wirklich Ihr bestes Interesse im Sinn! Außerdem ist sie so nett und gibt dir ein tolles Gefühl, wenn du auf ihrem Stuhl sitzt! - Beth is absolutely amazing! I was referred to her over a year ago and I have to say she is the best! She provides you with suggestions on what would be for you. She really has your best interest in mind! Plus she is so kind and makes you feel so great when you are in her chair!

Michelle hat die beste BBL gemacht, die ich je hatte. Sie hat sich vorher Zeit genommen, mir zuzuhören, was mich stört. Sie besprach jeden Schritt während der BBL. Ich habe ihr viele Fragen gestellt und bin zuversichtlich, dass ihre Produktkenntnisse meine Bedürfnisse erfüllen. Wir haben gelacht und es war ein toller Termin. - Michelle did the best BBL I’ve ever had. She took time before to listen about the ares that bother me. She discussed each step throughout the BBL. I asked her many questions and I’m confident in her product knowledge to address my needs. We laughed and it was a great appointment.

Erfahrung war großartig. Terrie war sanft und sehr sachkundig in dem, was sie tat. Ich hatte einen Geschenkgutschein, den ich vor 2 Jahren erhalten habe. Aber aufgrund von Covid und einer persönlichen Krankheit konnte ich sie bis jetzt nicht verwenden. Es war kein Problem, dass sie es ehrten. Exzellenter Kundenservice !! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. - Experience was great. Terrie was gentle and very knowledgeable in what she was doing. I had a gift certificate that I received 2 years ago. But due to Covid and a personal illness I was not able to use until now. There was no problem with them honoring it. Excellent customer service !! Will definitely be back.

Ich liebe Kelly und die Qualität der Pflege. Sehr professionell und kümmert sich darum, dass ich mit gelösten Muskelproblemen gehe. Wirklich ein Geschenk des Himmels und ein Teil meiner Selbstpflege.Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass das Spa nach diesem Jahr keine Massagen mehr anbietet - Kelly ist 5 Sterne, das Spa verliert einen Stern, weil es sich nicht um die Bedürfnisse der Kundschaft mit Massage kümmert. - Love Kelly and the quality of care. Very professional and cares that I leave with my muscle issues resolved. Truly a godsend and a part of my self care regimen.I’m drastically disappointed the spa will no longer provide massage services after this year- Kelly is 5 stars, the spa looses a star for not caring for the clienteles needs with massage.

Ich habe definitiv mein Spa und meinen Lieblingsinjektor gefunden. - A few months back I received my first Botox treatment from Nurse Injector Katie M. And she made me feel so relaxed and answered all of my questions. I just had my second appointment with her and she did just as amazing. I have definitely found my spa and my favorite injector.

Kein Spa mehr... - The gal that checked me in today had her head propped up with her hand the whole time I was at the front desk and didnt even offer a beverage per the norm. However my massage with Kellie was fantastic! I always feel so relaxed after my massage. She''s the best massage therapist I''ve been to and will continue to follow onto her next venture. Dr. Heidi war sehr lehrreich und machte den gesamten Prozess sehr freundlich und am wenigsten invasiv. Ich fühlte mich mit vollem Komfort wohl, ohne sie jemals zuvor getroffen zu haben. Besucht für eine europäische Gesichtsbehandlung. Der Service und die Atmosphäre waren fantastisch, obwohl der Dampfgarer während meiner Behandlung kaputt ging, das war also ziemlich schade. Wir werden auf jeden Fall für zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wiederkommen! - Visited for a European facial. Service and atmosphere was amazing although the steamer broke during my treatment, so that was kind of a bummer. Will definitely be back for additional services!

So sachkundig, hilfsbereit und spricht Sie wirklich durch alles. Ich fühle mich als Patient wirklich wertgeschätzt und werde hier bleiben, solange ich im DSM-Bereich bin, da ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, woanders hinzugehen. - I cannot recommend The Spa at West Glen enough! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve seen Beth twice now, and she is just the greatest! So knowledgeable, helpful, and really talks you through everything.
