Great environment, worst manicure I''ve ever gotten. The paint job was streaky, the finish at the end of my nails is bumping on a few nails. My hands are sore after this "relaxing manicure" from the cutting of my cuticles, which weren''t warmed or covered in lotion first. Previous nail polish was not removed from under nail after the technician had been told about it. Would not recommend and will not be going back.Tolle Umgebung, schlechteste Maniküre, die ich je bekommen habe. Die Lackierung war streifig, das Finish am Ende meiner Nägel stößt auf ein paar Nägel. Meine Hände schmerzen nach dieser "entspannenden Maniküre" durch das Schneiden meiner Nagelhaut, die nicht zuerst erwärmt oder mit Lotion bedeckt wurde. Der vorherige Nagellack wurde nicht unter dem Nagel entfernt, nachdem der Techniker darüber informiert worden war. Würde es nicht empfehlen und werde nicht wiederkommen.

I love coming here to pamper myself and relax.Nay gives the best massage on the planet, Lindsay has made miracles with my skin and Erogene & Lauren have whipped my eyebrows into shape. Hands down the best spa in the South. We are very lucky it''s in Oxford. All employees are friendly and knowledgeable. There is no better massage therapist than Nay Nikuma. Did not clean the face very well, felt like she barely did anything and did not know what she was doing, there were hardly any extractions, and coming home with still rough skin (not the scab from the ones she extracted). Could''ve done this on my own with better results.Reinigte das Gesicht nicht sehr gut, hatte das Gefühl, dass sie kaum etwas tat und nicht wusste, was sie tat, es gab kaum Extraktionen und kam mit noch rauer Haut nach Hause (nicht der Schorf von denen, die sie extrahierte). Hätte das alleine mit besseren Ergebnissen machen können.
