Captures the spa experience. My dh liked his massage--mine was fine although my therapist gave me a scalp massage which I was not keen on as I got the oil in my hair.The things that need improvement:The plumbing fixtures would be fine if the shower knobs did not come off and the showerhead can be converted to a hand-held for a more effective cleanse after lathering up.A larger changing room and shower area.Erfasst das Spa-Erlebnis. First timer here for a Facial. Brooke was amazing. The entire experience was incredible. Kind staff, super clean and the utmost relaxing. They are not honest. I had a scheduled appointment for two however I had a medical emergency and was rushed to er. Both a family member and I contacted them a few hours before the appointment. And although we were told that as a courtesy they would only retain 1/2 of my deposit. They keep the entire deposit which was 139.Never againSie sind nicht ehrlich. I have seen both Destiny and Taylor for facials and they’re great. This was my first real facial, and I had a massage as well. The massage was good—therapeutic, no complaints. The facial was the real winner here though. Nicole took the time to get all imperfections out of my skin, give me tips for how to better protect and treat my skin, and my skin was absolutely glowing afterwards. Ich habe eine weitere Gesichtsbehandlung geplant und kann es kaum erwarten zu gehen!

Getting a membership at Spavia is one of the best things I have done for myself in a long time. The staff are so kind and welcoming, it is relaxing and clean and they have a whole roster of excellent masseuses. Kudos to Kristy and her team for creating such a calming environment.Eine Mitgliedschaft bei Spavia zu bekommen, ist eines der besten Dinge, die ich seit langem für mich getan habe. Professional, patient and knowledgeable staff. My daughter got her first facial there and I got a massage. Very serene environment and the services were great. I have frozen shoulder and after the massage I had more mobility. I decided my daughter and I need and deserve regular skin and body care so I signed up for the monthly membership (a great deal by the way). Sehr ruhige Umgebung und der Service war großartig. Ich habe eine gefrorene Schulter und nach der Massage hatte ich mehr Beweglichkeit. Ich habe entschieden, dass meine Tochter und ich regelmäßige Haut- und Körperpflege brauchen und verdienen, also habe ich mich für die monatliche Mitgliedschaft angemeldet (übrigens sehr viel). So I came to spavia upon a recommendation from a friend and it was great. My boyfriend and I booked massages and had a great experience. I had Melissa who was so welcoming and had an amazing touch! She went above and beyond to make my first ever massage experience so relaxing and she really made me feel at ease. Everyone was so nice to me! The service I got was over the top! Got a gift certificate from work and got a hot stone massage scalp massage and facial it was all super! Fantastic and relaxing experience. I received a massage as a gift and truly enjoyed every minute of it. Nice changing rooms and relaxation room. Showers, lockers, tea, water, robes, and sandals provided. My only wish is that they had a steam room, sauna and some of the other amenities of a full service spa.Fantastisches und entspannendes Erlebnis.
