Do not recommend. Upon arrival I was told I don’t have an appointment that my aesthetician was out and that I need to reschedule. Even though I received an appointment reminder 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Their cancellation policy is also a joke, if you don’t cancel within 24 hours in advance they charge your credit for the full amount of your schedule service.Nicht empfehlen. Bei der Ankunft wurde mir gesagt, dass ich keinen Termin habe, dass meine Kosmetikerin nicht da ist und ich einen neuen Termin vereinbaren muss. Obwohl ich 30 Minuten vor meinem Termin eine Terminerinnerung erhalten habe. Ihre Stornierungsbedingungen sind auch ein Witz, wenn Sie nicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden im Voraus stornieren, wird Ihr Guthaben mit dem vollen Betrag Ihres Zeitplans belastet.

Very friendly, very relaxing atmosphere. Monica was knowledgeable about the procedure did a great job. My skin looks incredible!Sehr freundliche, sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Monica war mit dem Verfahren vertraut und hat großartige Arbeit geleistet. Meine Haut sieht unglaublich aus!

I had a wonderful experience during my hair appointment with Janice. She is extremely professional & knowledgeable. Every staff member was very friendly & helpful. Every time I have been to Germantown Day Spa it has been such a great experience! Everyone at the front is always so nice and helpful. Jessica is seriously the nicest/ funniest human and always makes me feel so comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments with her. If anyone is new to injections go to her!!! From the massage with Brianna, facial with Leigh, amazing lunch, then manicure and pedicure with Larry, my spa day was amazing! Everyone was so kind to me & I loved the atmosphere. I had been going to another facility here in Memphis for my Botox and filler. I was never totally happy. But I really liked Courtney AND the facility a lot better. I will be seeing her from now on! She was so kind.Ich war für mein Botox und meine Füllstoffe in eine andere Einrichtung hier in Memphis gegangen. Ich war nie ganz glücklich. Aber Courtney UND die Einrichtung gefielen mir viel besser. Ich werde sie ab jetzt sehen! Sie war so nett.

Janice Allen is hands down the best hairstylist ever! She cuts my entire family''s hair and has also done my hair for events. Not only is she the nicest, she is also very talented! So glad to know her and have her to take care of our hair!Janice Allen ist zweifellos die beste Friseurin aller Zeiten! Sie schneidet meiner ganzen Familie die Haare und hat auch meine Haare für Events gemacht. Sie ist nicht nur die netteste, sie ist auch sehr talentiert! Jessica Sims is an amazing injector and all around wonderful woman. She has always made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I am very thankful I have found her! I love Germantown Day Spa! I’ve been multiple times for Botox and have gone to both Courtney and Jessica. They’re both super professional and will answer any question you have (I had quite a few). I’ll definitely always recommend anyone come see them!I’ve also gone to see Lindsay for hydra facials and those have completely changed my skin! I’ll never be able to go without them now that I know what my skin can look like with them!!Ich liebe Germantown Day Spa! I booked a deep therapeutic massage with Jason due to some sporadic back pains I had been having. Jason was very professional and focused on my problem areas and I have yet to have any pain since my visit 5 days ago. I will be back!Ich habe bei Jason eine tiefe therapeutische Massage gebucht, da ich einige sporadische Rückenschmerzen hatte. Jason war sehr professionell und konzentrierte sich auf meine Problemzonen und ich hatte seit meinem Besuch vor 5 Tagen noch keine Schmerzen. Ich komme wieder!
