I went here for a facial and it was the worst facial I’ve ever had. I expect the environment to be quiet and relaxing and she rolled around on a roller chair the entire time which is all I could focus on. Most places, they stand. I was not relaxed at all. I paid for a certain amount of time as well, and was out and back in my car within that time. I went here today for a 70 minute facial massage from a woman named Karah and it was terrible. They only did 50 minutes and told me to leave with 20 left. All they did was put two face masks on and the massaging was barely soothing. Just had a great experience at Spavia. My massage therapist Theresa was wonderful. She was able relieve a ton of tension at my first treatment in years. The front desk staff was friendly and the facility was great. Our family signed up for a monthly membership and we will definitely return.Hatte gerade eine tolle Erfahrung bei Spavia. Excellent my therapist spent time understanding my needs and preferences. I didn''t have to tell her my pain spits at all. She was so good just by touch she was able to determine where to focus and massage accordingly to relive my discomfort. Excellent experience. Spavia Orchard is great! The massage therapists are all good ... they''re all knowledgeable and really good at what they do. I had Abi tonight and she was friendly and chatty while getting right to the problem that is my neck. I went to Brie for my facial. It was the best facial I have had in years! She was kind, insightful, and willing to answer all of my questions about my skin care routine. I''ve been a Spavia member for a couple of years now and love this place! I''ve seen many different massage therapists (although I do have one that I go to regularly) and have never had a bad massage. The staff is very friendly! I had a massage with Alyssa and it was amazing. Alyssa was attentive and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. The atmosphere at spavia is really relaxing.
