Have been going to this spa at least once a month for a couple of years now and always have a great experience. Caitlin is excellent with nails and pedicures, Sara does amazing facials, and Devin at the front desk is always super helpful and on top of everything. Facility is always clean, services run on time. Very pleased and highly recommend!Ich gehe seit ein paar Jahren mindestens einmal im Monat in dieses Spa und habe immer eine großartige Erfahrung gemacht. I was staying at the Grand Cascade Lodge nearby for a company function and decided to try a reflexology massage during my down time. I am glad I did. I was a bit nervous since I''ve only had one massage before, but Jessica did a really great job and I felt relaxed in no time. It was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed there all day. They’re probably a better place for spa then hair. I wanted old Hollywood curls and walked out with just some spiral, more Shirley temple like, curls. I thought, okay maybe give it time to settle but nope. It wasn’t what I wanted at all and ruined the look I was going for a wedding. I was disappointed with the massage. The therapist was a very sweet person, but did not know what a therapeutic massage entails, and for the money they charge, it was very disappointing.Ich war von der Massage enttäuscht. I got my hair balayaged by Noelle in early January. It was my first time coming to Elements and I really have to say, it’s a very nice salon. It feels super personal and very professional. I adore Noelle, she goes above and beyond and is just genuinely such a great stylist. I highly recommend Elements, ask for Noelle!Ich habe meine Haare Anfang Januar von Noelle mit Balayage versehen. We all enjoyed our Girls Day experience at the spa and at the resort a party of five we did the staycation package which included a massage use of the pools and a food credit. I totally recommend this package.Wir alle genossen unsere Girls Day Erfahrung im Spa und im Resort machten wir auf einer Gruppe von fünf Personen das Staycation-Paket, das eine Massage der Pools und eine Gutschrift für Essen beinhaltete. I received the Stress relief massage and the Foot Awakening. I would definitely try the other massages in the future.
