Great service! Very calming and relaxing environment, clean and well kept. I had the 75 minute Healing Hydration pedicure with Mary - so gentle with such attention to detail. My toes look great and my feet feel luxuriously soft. Would definitely come back and am considering getting over services here as well!Guter Service! Sehr beruhigende und entspannende Umgebung, sauber und gepflegt. Ich hatte die 75-minütige Healing Hydration-Pediküre bei Mary – so sanft mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Meine Zehen sehen toll aus und meine Füße fühlen sich luxuriös weich an. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und erwäge, auch hier über Dienstleistungen zu verfügen!

Mary is the BEST! I wish I had a longer massage than 90 mins!!!! She is so professional and so sweet and it’s a beautiful and calming setting. I will be scheduling another massage ASAP with her! The staff is very courteous. I had an amazing massage, facial was very nice, and great pedicure. The manicure on the other hand was atrocious! She clipped and filled my nails unevenly, the shape was awful, and the application of the nail polish scary. She did not clean the side to remove the cuticle.I will maybe return for the massage. I will never do a manicure there.Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ich hatte eine tolle Massage, die Gesichtsbehandlung war sehr schön und die Pediküre war großartig. Die Maniküre hingegen war grauenhaft! Sie schnitt und füllte meine Nägel ungleichmäßig, die Form war schrecklich und das Auftragen des Nagellacks beängstigend. Sie hat die Seite nicht gereinigt, um die Nagelhaut zu entfernen.Ich werde vielleicht für die Massage zurückkehren. Ich werde dort niemals eine Maniküre machen.

Best experience ever!I went for the first time to get the facial. I made an appointment with Gina. Gina was wonderful. The entire atmosphere was very relaxing. Gina made sure I felt comfortable and she did a great job with a facial. I felt pampered like never before. I didn’t feel she spent enough time on extractions, but the entire visit was just great. I loved it! I felt refreshed and very happy with the service.Beste Erfahrung aller Zeiten!Ich ging zum ersten Mal zur Gesichtsbehandlung. Ich habe mich mit Gina verabredet. Gina war wunderbar. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war sehr entspannend. Gina sorgte dafür, dass ich mich wohl fühlte, und sie hat mit einer Gesichtsbehandlung großartige Arbeit geleistet. Ich fühlte mich verwöhnt wie nie zuvor. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sie nicht genug Zeit für Extraktionen aufgewendet hat, aber der gesamte Besuch war einfach großartig. Ich liebte es! Ich fühlte mich erfrischt und war sehr zufrieden mit dem Service.

This was my first time visiting Silvana Day Spa. I’m new to the area from NYC, so was looking to find my “go to” place. I’m happy to say, my search is over. This spa was very warm, clean, staff was friendly and very competent with what they were doing. Not to mention, their prices were very reasonable. I had a facial, haircut/blowout and eyebrow was. Two hours later, I felt and looked very relaxed. Highly recommended!Dies war mein erster Besuch im Silvana Day Spa. Ich bin neu in der Gegend aus NYC und habe nach meinem „Go to“ -Ort gesucht. Ich freue mich sagen zu können, dass meine Suche ein Ende hat. Dieses Spa war sehr warm, sauber, das Personal war freundlich und sehr kompetent in dem, was sie taten. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass ihre Preise sehr vernünftig waren. Ich hatte eine Gesichtsbehandlung, Haarschnitt/Blowout und Augenbrauen war. Zwei Stunden später fühlte und sah ich sehr entspannt aus. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I''ve been a client of Nicole''s for many years and followed her to Silvana''s when she left the previous salon. She listens and always makes sure she understands what I want. The owner and staff of Silvana''s are all very friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat. The salon is clean and inviting with a good selection of products. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!Ich war schon seit vielen Jahren eine Kundin von Nicole und folgte ihr zu Silvana''s, als sie den vorherigen Salon verließ. Sie hört zu und stellt immer sicher, dass sie versteht, was ich will. Der Besitzer und das Personal von Silvana''s sind alle sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre ist positiv. Der Salon ist sauber und einladend mit einer guten Auswahl an Produkten. Die Preise sind angemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

My first massage there was very good, so I rescheduled for another, about a month later. 2 days prior to my appointment, they canceled. Maybe for some people, this isn''t a big deal, But for me it is. I''m extremely busy as it is, and this makes for a huge inconvenience.Meine erste Massage dort war sehr gut, also habe ich ungefähr einen Monat später auf eine weitere umgebucht. 2 Tage vor meinem Termin wurde abgesagt. Vielleicht ist das für manche Leute keine große Sache, aber für mich ist es das. Ich bin ohnehin sehr beschäftigt, und das ist eine große Unannehmlichkeit.

Got a massage here this morning and let me just say, the whole experience was amazing! The owner, Nancy, was my massage therapist and she was incredible. As a health care provider I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for ANY type of spa services.Habe heute Morgen hier eine Massage bekommen und ich kann nur sagen, die ganze Erfahrung war unglaublich! Die Besitzerin, Nancy, war meine Masseurin und sie war unglaublich. Als Gesundheitsdienstleister empfehle ich diesen Ort jedem, der nach JEDER Art von Spa-Dienstleistungen sucht.

I''ve been going to Silvana''s for a few years and have had massages, pedicures/manicures. The services are always top-notch, the atmosphere and staff are welcoming and the spa is always clean, neat and organized. After moving back to CT from MI, I was searching for a new spa and Silvana''s is definitely the best in the area.Ich gehe seit einigen Jahren zu Silvana und habe Massagen, Pediküre/Maniküre bekommen. Der Service ist immer erstklassig, die Atmosphäre und das Personal sind einladend und das Spa ist immer sauber, ordentlich und organisiert. Nachdem ich von MI zu CT zurückgekehrt war, suchte ich nach einem neuen Spa und Silvana''s ist definitiv das beste in der Gegend.

Cristina and the ladies at Silvana''s are just fantastic. I love when its salon day and I get to stop in and see all the things they are doing, catch up with the girls, and get my hair done professionally and just the way I like it. They take their time and listen to what you are looking for, add input to your ideas and turn it into something magical. IF you are looking for a salon, look no further than Silvana''s!!!!!Cristina und die Damen von Silvana''s sind einfach fantastisch.
